Introduction

My name is John Lapage and both LapageMade and I are Lincolnshire born and bred. I am based in heart of Lincolnshire not far from Horncastle, where I live and work with my wife Beckie.

I love the British countryside and all things wooden and natural, LapageMade has given me the opportunity to work with the things I love.

You will find a selection of the items that I make within the shop section of this website and if you visit the markets I attend you might find one-off’s that are being worked on, prototype’s so to speak.
All the items within the Shop section are priced with postage included and if you visit me at a market, they will of course be without postage.

My Wares

Established in 2014 and based in Lincolnshire, I make and sell a range of wooden homewares, gifts and keepsakes. All my products are made in Lincolnshire and as such can be personalised, I can also personalise anything you may already own.
The main part of LapageMade’s business is laser engraving which is very versatile and personalisation is key to what I do.

Delivery

    All prices include Postage and Packaging, items will be sent out either Royal Mail first class (Smaller items)or MyHermes courier service (Larger items).

    As many of the items are made to order please allow up to 7 days for delivery.

    If you require an item quicker than advertised just call or email us prior to ordering and we will be happy to try and help.

RETURNS

    I do not accept Returns of Personalised items or if the Dimensions are unsuitable. Please ensure you check all measurements and details of Personalisation before ordering.

    If a mistake is made by us at LapageMade with any personalisation I will rectify the error as soon as we can.

    If you wish to return your item, please notify us by email within 24 hours of receipt. All returns must be returned to us within 7 working days. We do not cover the cost of the return and it must be returned to us in its original state.

    I will not refund any damaged or lost returned products, so please ensure you return to us in the original packaging as you received it, and retain proof of postage. You may wish to return to us by recorded mail. All refunds will be made via paypal.

    As wood is a natural product sizes and finish may vary. All wood is different so please be aware your item my look slightly different to that pictured on the website.

    Measurements are meant as a guide only, due to the nature of the wood we use some measurements may vary but we do our up most to ensure they are as near to what we describe.  If an exact size of product is essential please let us know and we will cut accordingly.

    As personalised products can not be returned please check and check again any spellings so your happy with your finished product.
